This comic is Marvel Tales #54, from October 1974, the Direct Edition. The comic is a reprint of Amazing Spider-Man #73.

This listing is for the used comic book shown, which is in low-grade condition, probably slightly better than Poor. There's bends, nicks, spine roll, browning pages, stains, corner dings, etc., on the cover, and inside. It can be read without a problem, however. The inside doesn’t look too bad, but it does have writing on a crossword puzzle and some page bending. Please see the photos as I am not a professional grader and cannot guarantee a specific grade.
