This is a used KURODA UFB-3 precision boring head that requires service before use. The unit shows normal wear with light surface rust but no dents or major damage. The feed mechanism operates but the 0.01mm adjustment handwheel is very stiff (suspected lubricant hardening). Disassembly, cleaning, and re-lubrication should restore smooth operation. MT-4 taper and collet interior are in good condition. Clamp mechanism functions properly.
