Any item returned must be unused and in original packaging with tags / wrappers affixed. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund we issue does not include original shipping fee buyer paid as we incurred shipping costs in sending item to buyer. Lastly, if an item is returned without original packaging and / or tags, wrappers removed the refund will be less 50% as the item is no longer "new". All used and or defective bats must be returned direct to manufacturer for warranty. Please be sure you ask any questions if you are unfamiliar
