Rare is overused when describing many items on ebay

THIS IS a truly RARE opportunity to obtain 16mm home movies taken

of Okinawa Martial Arts Grand Master Kanji Uechi aka Uechi Ryu Karate

Filmed in the early 1960s in Okinawa at his DOJO by an American student who became

a renowned 8th degree master in this country

The last two photos not included are from his wikipedia page 

Kanji's father founded Uechi martial arts & his son Kanji became its successor

The video is an iPhone capture the film is much sharper

All images are screen shots from the video

I did not watch every film in its entirety but what I saw

was clean of film breaks or snaps

Three films are negatives YES NEGATIVES noted by the N on the reel

Most of the content appears to be Karate forms aka KATA

& watching the Master is impressive

Some take place in his DOJO other moments are on stage

showcasing strength & ability to endure great pain

Unfortunately ebay would not allow a longer video & I

had to reduce this size to 480 which really affected the quality

Vibration in the video is from the iPhone placed next to the projector
