This comes off a working unit.  Does have a some normal wear on it.  I included a video of the machine working before being parted out.  Also comes with the 3 mounting screws.  Also has the wires coming out of it with the harness clips on the ends, so just need to mount and plug in.  I included pictures of the prices that this set up would cost new, $610
