Shipping

We will ship your order in one business day once the payment is cleared.

All the parcels will be collected by our carrier at 10:00am AEDST on Monday to Friday.

For the payment after 9:30am AEDST, the parcel has to be shipped the Next working day at 10:00am AEDST.

Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay within 24 hours after shipment.

Notice:

1. We only ship the item to PayPal verified shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as PayPal.

2. Import Tax: We do not cover any import Duty and Tax. Customer should be responsible for the Import tax.

3. We ship all our items either via Toll IPEC/Directfreight or AU post. The estimated delivery time is around 2-4 working days to most area in Australia.

Such Goods shall be followed the return procedure and returned to the manufacturer for review, testing and examination, and the manufacturer will not arrange collection for the product. Based on the manufacturers' opinion, we will be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under the Warranty.

The above warranty is given by us subject to you having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.

The international shipment delivery time is around 4-7 business days.

When will my order be dispatched?
