Shure VST III Moving Magnet  Vintage Cartridge 

The Shure VST III is a high-performance moving-magnet (MM) cartridge introduced in the early 1980s as part of Shureâ_x0080__x0099_s professional line. It was essentially a studio/audiophile variant of the famous V15 Type IV, designed with identical body geometry and using a high-quality nude hyperelliptical (HE) stylus. The VST III was marketed towards broadcasters, recording engineers, and audiophiles who required both accuracy and rugged reliability. Today, it remains a rare and collectible model, often sought after as a studio-grade equivalent to the V15 series.

Condition:
  • This cartridge and stylus have been used. 

  • This set up has been tested. It is working well and sounds good! 

  • This set up shows some small signs of wear and age, nothing major. Please ensure to see all photos. 

  • This Shure ships on a nice Audio-Technica Headshell.

  • This unit ships in a generic case.
