"Celebrity Oriental Original Japan" Vintage Pattern retired in 1996. Coupe Edge 4" H Creamer Pink & Blue Roses around platter w/ Gold trim (around where verge would be, if there were a ledge - but this is coupe).
Someone may say the flowers are Persian Buttercups (Ranunculus). Flowers this full, being double or triple roses hardly ever show the center (anthers etc.). However ranunculae do show the center of the flower. Ranuncluae grow from a bulb rather than a bush.
