• If shipped using a Refurboo label paid for by the buyer, Refurboo is responsible for the package until delivery; buyer assumes risk after delivery.

• C - Fair Condition
• Noticeable cosmetic wear
• May include deep scratches, small cracks (non-functional), or missing rubber feet, etc.
• Battery health 50% or higher but below 70%
• No missing parts
• D - Defective or For Parts
• Non-functional or heavily damaged
• Missing parts or not functional
• Sold as-is or for harvesting parts

Return Policy:

• 30-day returns. Replacement or money back, depending on availability.
• Returns due to incompatibility may be denied. Please verify hardware/software compatibility before purchase.
• Items returned must be in the same condition as received; shipping costs for returns are buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
