🔧 Installation Guide:
1. Disconnect the battery – safety first.
2. Remove the old switch – note the wiring positions (take a photo) .
3. Install the new switch – connect wires to the same terminals as the old unit.
4. Mount the switch panel – secure with the standard OMC mounting hardware.
5. Install the safety lanyard – clip the red lanyard to the switch, attach the other end to your life jacket or wrist.
6. Test everything – with the boat in neutral, turn the key and verify the engine starts. Then pull the lanyard to confirm the engine shuts off immediately .
