The exterior appears generally clean, but this is a used item and the supplier condition is "scratches and dirt."
The lens has a significant amount of fungus. Fungus is visible in the front, middle, and rear lens elements. Haze is not clearly visible from the available information, but optical performance has not been tested.

The focus ring rotation was checked and is good.
The aperture blades were checked and operate properly. No oil stain is noted on the aperture blades.
