Three modes, a salmagundi of possibilities

Thanks to its three Delay modes, the BeeBeeDee covers an incredible amount of sonic ground. The Classic mode enables you to harness the warm, time-tested tone of a BBD-driven analog delay, up to 600ms, complete with smooth sine-wave modulation that adds swirling depth to your repeats. The Lo-Fi mode brings tape-inspired warble to the party, along with a darker, grittier, and — quite frankly — more unpredictable character. Finally, the Pitch mode adds pitch-shifting mayhem to your repeats, creating interesting harmonies, rhythmic patterns, and unexpected textures, bolstered by a softened square-wave modulation. All three modes are capable of myriad sounds, crafted using the pedal's Depth and Activity knobs.

Tap, mod, and jump octaves on a whim

One of our favorite elements of the Beetronics FX BeeBeeDee here at Sweetwater is its novel performance features. The 2x option gives you instant doubled delay speeds, enabling you to jump an octave, then back again, for fast, ear-tingling pitch tricks. The Tap Tempo option allows you to synchronize your repeats to any rhythm in real time, complete with selectable tap divisions. Lastly, the Mod option enables you to add stunning modulated textures to your repeats, which are especially dramatic when you run the pedal in Pitch mode.
