General:
The items offered in my auctions are generally used goods that have been checked and described to the best of my knowledge and belief. Defects or damage are mentioned in the item descriptions or additionally identified in the auction photos. However, the items may show normal signs of wear given their age. I therefore ask you to take this into account before placing your bid. Please ask any further questions regarding the item or shipping before bidding.
A VAT certificate is not possible because my items are subject to differential taxation §25a UStG. All prices are final prices.
Shipment:
Shipping is usually carried out via Hermes or the German Post DHL parcel service and under their terms and conditions. The shipping costs stated in the auctions already include a packaging fee. The buyer bears the shipping costs. If parcels are sent uninsured, the buyer bears the risk. When receiving packages, please check for any damage and have this confirmed by the delivery person.
Cancellation policy:
The 14-day right of return in accordance with the Distance Selling Act is granted for items purchased in the auctions. The buyer is entitled to revoke his contractual declaration in text form (e.g. email, letter) within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction, but not before receipt of the goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods to the seller in a timely manner. The revocation must be sent to:

The goods should be returned in the packaging received from the seller, or in equivalent packaging that protects the goods from damage in transit.
