This is a Brand New, not reman, fan clutch. The box has been opened for pictures but the fan hub was Not taken out of its original foam enclosure, so that you could see that it has never been out of the packaging. This part number is typically for 2019-2022 Western Star 4700 and 4900 trucks with the Cummins ISX. It may fit other applications but we don’t know for sure.
