Kurzweil K2500R Variable Architecture Synthesiser & Sampler Expansion - 240V

The Kurzweil K2500R is the rackmount version of Kurzweil’s K2500 workstation/synthesiser, built around the company’s powerful V.A.S.T. synthesis engine. It offers 48-voice polyphony, 16-part multitimbral MIDI operation, extensive program editing and classic Kurzweil acoustic, orchestral, synth and layered workstation sounds.

This K2500R is running OS 3.02
This unit is in good condition. It shows general wear from use and age like some nicks, scratches and marks. Overall there is nothing major, and nothing which detracts from the use or functions of this unit. Please see all photos.
When the unit is turned off there looks like there is a mark on the screen. It is not noticeable when the machine is turned on and does not affect usability at all. It is nice, bright and clear.
This unit has been thoroughly tested and has no faults to note. It is 100% functional.
This unit has the sampling option installed.
This K2500R does not have any ROM or RAM expansions installed.
The floppy disk drive is fully functional.
This unit uses an IEC cable to power on. This cable is not included in the sale.
This unit is 240V. It is ready to plug and play within Australia. If you purchase from overseas you will need a step-up transformer. Please ask if you are unsure.
This unit uses AA batteries which are inserted at the back for the user memory. You will need to install AA batteries when the unit arrives. No batteries are included in this sale. Please ensure to take our the batteries if you put it into storage, and set a reminder to change your AA batteries once a year while in use to eliminate the risk of battery leaks. For initial set up / testing please be aware the main output is currently set to Output A.
