New, unused old stock in sealed plastic.  They are somewhat distorted from being crushed in storage, they will probably smooth out the kinks some once installed for a while.

They are roughly 7'' wide x 4'' tall.

No returns, please make sure these are the right sized covers for your lights before you order. 

The lights need to be small enough for the covers to stretch over them.
