This time, we have received a YW-1000 from the YW series. It was manufactured in 2010.

The "YW" series is a popular standard series that offers a wide range of models by varying the woods used and the decorative elements. Among them, the "YW-1000" is a popular model that has been sold since the 1970s.

This particular model features a spruce top, laminated jacaranda sides and back, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard. It has a 645mm scale length and a 42mm nut width.

The headstock features a vertical "K. YAIRI" logo, the hardware is uniformly gold, and the position markers are hexagon inlays.

The rosette, body trim, and body back are also adorned with glittering decorations, giving it a luxurious appearance reminiscent of a Martin "D-45."
