All of our items are packaged carefully, to ensure that they arrive safely and intact. You are responsible for shipping to your verified shipping address. Our shipping partners are UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. If you order a complete bike, it will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Please note that we cannot ship complete bikes to PO boxes.
However, any additional items with your complete bike order can be combined within reason according to fit.

Domestic:

Your item will be shipped out within 5 business days after payment has cleared.
UPS or Fed Ex Ground for complete bikes and heavy/large boxes.
USPS for orders shipped to PO boxes.
MOST lighter weight items that have FREE SHIPPING will be shipped via 1st Class mail. Please keep this in mind when calculating your arrival day. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and estimated delivery date information. Keep in mind tracking info with USPS is not always accurate and up to date. International:

We will ship internationally via USPS. Most items will ship International 1st Class unless you upgrade to Priority level. All larger/heavy boxes may be shipped via International Priority or Express. PLEASE do not ask us to mark your item as a gift to avoid customs fees. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. The full value of the winning item will be declared on the customs forms.
The shipping price is not included in the declared value on the forms. You may be responsible for taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees when your item enters your country. Please Contact us with questions or rates.

*Returns* We may accept returns on non-defective items as long as the item is in new and unused condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for the item condition and insurance on the item to be returned. Check your ebay item return specifics to see if your item is returnable.
