This is 100% Pennsylvania motor oil. It is a product of the FLEET WING CORPORATION CLEVELAND, OHIO. All lettering is clear and legible. The colors are still fairly vibrant however they may have faded slightly from age and use. As photo show there is a dent on the side panel.
