Hi international buyers: I am currently shipping overseas via eBay?s Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Because postcards are low-cost items, the recent ?3 postal handling fee completely wipes out the viability of standard shipping. This is not a permanent change?as soon as these external postal charges drop, I will happily switch back to Royal Mail. Thanks for understanding!
