This is a traditional Japanese Noh mask called Ko Kasshiki (Small Kasshiki).

Ko Kashiki represents the youngest temple acolyte or novice boy who traditionally assisted monks by serving meals and announcing mealtimes in Zen temples. In Noh theater, the mask portrays a graceful and innocent young attendant with a calm, youthful expression.

One of its distinctive features is the small ginkgo leaf-shaped forelock on the forehead, symbolizing a young novice before adulthood.

This mask is commonly used in classical Noh plays such as Jinen Koji and Kagetsu, where it portrays a young temple attendant or page.
