HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS METAL LUNCHBOX AND METAL/GLASS THERMOS from King Seeley Thermos 1971. This rare R-5 lunchkit features characters and scenes from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon TV series which ran on Saturday mornings on CBS from 1970-1973. Made with either blue uniforms or purple jerseys – with this one the latter. Another colorful masterpiece from KST freelancer Nick LoBianco (of Yellow Submarine, Lost In Space and Get Smart fame – to name a few) – who once again uses vertical side panels to great affect. A must-have for the Harlem Globetrotter or basketball fan!

Condition: Lunchbox and Thermos are complete and correct (including original wire thermos holder). Box lithos are clean and glossy throughout main front and rear panels as well as side panels - with only light rubbings. Light rim wear - with no corner dents or dimples. Metal hardware is nice and shiny. Inside is super clean - appears unused - with no previous owner markings. Box in overall Excellent Plus C-8.5 condition. Thermos decals are clean and glossy with dents or dimples or rattles when shaken - in overall Excellent Plus C-8.5 condition.
