It isn’t easy to see the name, but I was able to compare the parts of it I could see to the raw card, including, part of the name. I then compared various criteria to the raw card to be sure of the player, which is definitely Terry Mulholland. The wrapper overlaps the park as shown in the photo. It still has the original price sticker on it from many years ago.
