Antique WWI Soldier & Wife Pair Oval Convex Bubble Glass Portrait Frames
**Description:**
Up for sale is a beautiful, matching antique pair of early 20th-century oval portrait frames featuring a WWI United States Army soldier in uniform and his wife.
Both pieces feature classic, period-accurate convex "bubble" glass covers. The portraits are hand-tinted crayon portrait style, showing soft color highlights and textured background auras typical of early 1900s craftsmanship.
The soldier is depicted in a crisp WWI US Army uniform with visible collar disc insignia. His ornate patriotic frame is highly detailed, featuring a majestic American Eagle holding a US shield crest at the top, matching carved American flags on both the left and right borders, and a tied ribbon bow accent at the bottom base. The second frame is a clean, complementary gold-toned oval silhouette that pairs beautifully on a wall.
