For sale is a Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS USM wide-angle L-series lens.
The lens is in excellent cosmetic condition, with very well-preserved body and clean glass. It has been carefully used and shows minimal signs of wear.
Functionally, the lens has a fault with autofocus: the AF motor operates, but it continuously hunts forward and backward and is unable to lock focus reliably. Because of this, autofocus is not usable in its current state.
However, the image stabilisation (IS) works perfectly, and the lens is fully usable in manual focus mode, where it performs normally and produces excellent image quality.
Despite the autofocus issue, this remains a fantastic professional wide-angle lens, known for its sharpness, contrast, and strong optical performance.
Highlights:
I forgot to mention it, so I’m adding it to the description now: the aperture works correctly without any errors, regardless of the focal length or the aperture setting.
