Homer Laughlin in East Liverpool Ohio began making numerous ceramic pieces in 1834.  Over the years, many popular dinnerware lines have been produced, with its colorful Fiesta line probably being its most well-known.  Homer Laughlin is one of the few large potteries still making pieces in the United States today.

This listing is for a Fiesta cup and saucer with a deep blue glaze called Blue (Cobalt) that was very popular and used by Homer Laughlin ca 1936-1951.

The saucer is about 6 inches in diameter and the rim is about 3/4 inches off the table.  The cup is about 3 inches tall and 4-1/4 inches wide from the rim to the outside edge of the handle.  The top rim is about 3-1/4 inches in diameter and the bottom rim is about 1-3/4 inches in diameter.  Both have the well-recognized Fiesta concentric bands.

Neither bottom has a legible "fiesta" mark.

Both pieces are in very good vintage condition - crisp details - no chips, hairlines, crazing, or stains - and ready to use or add to a colorful Fiesta collection.

Ships USPS.
