Here is a 27 page booklet titled "The True Form of the Brachial Plexus and Its Motor Distribution" by Wilfred Harris, M.D., M.R.C.P. Casualty Physician, St Mary's Hospital, and Physician to Out-Patients, Hospital for Epilepsy and Paralysis, Maida Vale.  Reprinted from the Journal of Anatomy and Physiology, July 1904. Page 399 to 422, plate XXXIV-XXXVI. Complete in itself. 

8 3/4 by 5 1/2 inches. 24 pages plus 3 plates at the back.  Original blue paper publisher's wrapper with black lettering on the front.  Inscribed by the author at the top edge "With kind regards". The wrapper shows slight soiling, minor marks, light corner creasing, and dust shadows. There is some wear and tiny tears at the top and bottom of the wrapper spine, with a tiny tear at the back edge of the spine. The contents are age toned but clean.
