This guitar features a preamp powered solely by a 9V battery, the same type used during Warwick's heyday. Unlike models with lithium batteries, it delivers the straightforward Warwick sound that defined an era.

The neck is also made of flame maple, making this a classic-spec Streamer Stage 1. It features a flame maple wing body, a through-body 3-piece flame maple/wenge fingerboard, and MEC active pickups in a PJ configuration, combined with a MEC 3-way electronic preamp.

Thanks to the extensive use of maple, it boasts a thick, full-bodied sound with a strong midrange presence. The curved body design provides high rigidity, tightening the overall sound.

With less harmonic content, the fundamental tone resonates clearly. Its wide range allows it to stand out in both small and large band ensembles.
