DOMESTIC SHIPPING

● Orders are shipped through USPS First class mail with signature confirmation. Someone needs to present to sign for the package.

● Every shipment come with an online tracking with USPS and is insured against shipping loss.

● All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. Most of our product are made to order, which helps keep our inventory cost carrying low.

● All orders are usually shipped within 18 to 21 business days of payment confirmation. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days processing for custom-sizing and special orders.

● Please note, working days do not include weekends, bank holidays or public holidays in the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

● International shipping is covered under the eBay Global Shipping Program.

● We ship packages with USPS International First Class Mail. eBay facilitates to collect all the international packages at one location in the

United States and then gets it forwarded to the respective destination.

●eBay provides online tracking on all International Packages also. Kindly check tracking information on the eBay platform as the carrier and tracking number changes once the package reaches a country outside the United States (for Canada the tracking remains the same). Though we are not responsible for any delays but try to collect and share all the information with the buyer.

● Buyer/Recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties applicable, which can vary for each country. It is outside our realm to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due, at time of import in the country of destination. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

● International deliveries are dependent on USPS, US Customs, Customs and the Carrier in the destination country. Though the process is smooth and fast but sometimes delays can occur and we have no control on the shipment once it leaves our facility.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

● All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days.

In order to maintain our Quality standards each product passes through stringent Quality Control at various stages of Gemstone & Diamond selection, Gold Purity, Casting, Gemstones & Diamond setting and final Polishing before the item is dispatched.

However, it is possible that the item may reach you with issues like incorrect ring size/ dimension/ gold colour etc. In such a case we provide an easy exchange of the same.

● We believe in 100% satisfaction and in case the product you received is not to your liking/expectations, you can return the piece within 30

days without any questions asked. 

● Your custom or personalized order cannot be returned.

● Pieces have to be not worn / damaged. Any signs of usage or damage will result in cancellation of the refund.

● Buyer is responsible to return the Item in original condition and packaging.

3. Do you offer ring sizing or engraving?

Yes, we always ask for your ring sizes as soon as you place the order. The piece is made

according to your size. Engraving can be done as per your specifications.

4. Will I pay sales tax on my order?

Yes, sales tax is applicable to all the customers buying the jewelry for their personal use. It is automatically charged by eBay and edit before

checkout.
