This Watkins "Country Kids" Collector's Mug and Coaster Set #6182 was made in Korea in 1990. As one of 6 themed sets, this ceramic mug has a pretty pastel scene all around its sides. The coaster also has pastel colors with "Dad's are Best" lettering in the center. The coaster could be used as a lid instead to help keep the beverage in the mug warm/cold.
The mug is about 3-1/2 inches tall and 3-1/8 inches in diameter. It is about 4-1/8 inches across to the outside of the handle. The coaster is about 3-3/8 inches in diameter and has a bottom rim that is about 2-5/8 inches in diameter that will fit inside the top rim of the mug. The bottom of the mug is printed "Country Kids Collectors Mug & Coaster Set Dads are Best Copyright 1990 Watkins Incorporated Winona MN 55987 Winnipeg, Man R3Y 1G3 Set 2 of 6 6182".
Both the mug and coaster are still in their original partitioned lightweight cardboard box that is about 4-1/4 x 4 x 3-3/4 inches.
Both the mug and coaster are in very good unused condition - and ready to give to Dad, use, add to a collection, or display all on their own.
