REVISION

       I bought a Lionel AC transformer and tested this loco. It does work and both lights come on (last photo for reference.

       Nice hard to find Williams E60 electric locomotive, New Haven cab 960. The pantograph is missing 1 spring, and it has a couple small scratches on the shell. One of the horns is bent. I'm afraid it I try to bend it back it will break off. This unit is out of an estate. It looks like it's been used a little. Some of the rubbers need to be replaced on the wheels. They're starting to dry rot. I don't see anything broken or cracked on the shell. Very nice hard to find Loco. I know these were made starting in 1973 and continuied through 2003. I'm guessing this one's probably from the 90s I don't really know. The video is basically just a walk around. It will be bagged, padded, and boxed for shipping. I will be listing 2 other a B&O and an Amtrak.
