THIS ITEM WILL NOT BE IN THE MANUFACTURER BOX AS IT WAS REMOVED FROM A NEW APPLIANCE!!!  "OPEN BOX" is the only option ebay gives sellers for NEW parts procured from NEW appliances. 

These "new open box" parts MAY HAVE OR MAY NOT HAVE tool marks from removal.  If there is the possibility that these will interfere with the cosmetics, functionality or performance of the appliance they will be noted.

All of our OPEN BOX appliance parts are removed from new appliances which are deemed cosmetically or mechanically beyond economical repair.   Each part is marked in an inconspicuous manner to avoid unscrupulous buyers from swapping out their original, non-working parts for return or refunds (yes, people actually try this).  This practice WILL NOT be tolerated by us or ebay and violators of this ebay policy will be reported. 

Buyers who want to "test" their appliance with our parts and then return for refund should seek other options.  We will not issue refunds or accept returns for incorrect part ordered.

IF THE LISTING PART #'s DON'T MATCH YOUR EXISTING PART #,

2. TAKE A PHOTO OF THE INSIDE CONTENT (INCLUDING CUSHIONING SUCH AS BUBBLE WRAP/FOAM/PAPER)
3. TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED AREA
4. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY
5. HOLD ON TO THE ITEM FOR 10 DAYS, WHILE WE FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPER, THEY MAY REQUIRE TO SEND THE DRIVER TO VERIFY AND/OR RETRIEVE THE PACKAGE FOR THEIR INTERNAL INVESTIGATION.
