Very very complete set up, has s unions and deck pillars and a separate pair of ceramic handles. This is from restoration hardware, they were selling this at one point. This is everything you need and then some.

The hot side cross handle is missing the hot tag, there is a nickel hot side cross handle included, you could use that one or try and swap the hot tag from one to the other or just use the lever handles.
