A 2022 Murphy Lab ES-335 has arrived. This guitar is part of the "Murphy Lab Collection," which brings together years of aging techniques to recreate the worn finish on the neck and body from hard playing on tours and gigs, as well as belt buckle scratches.
It features heavy-aged hardware by Murphy Lab. Recreating the 1961 model, it features a rounded cutaway, a slim taper neck scanned from a vintage model, dot inlays, and vintage replica parts.
It's equipped with unpotted Custombucker pickups, delivering a vintage-like sound. The frets have over 70% remaining, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
