The wood remains structurally intact without deep cracks or splits.Eyes: Original, premium vintage glass eyes with black pupils and amber/yellow irises, both firmly set in the head [CC-1].Paint & Finish: The original lacquer retains a nice gloss, but shows distinct character from age and use. There is heavy paint flaking/chipping on the left cheek area of the head segment, exposing the bare wood underneath. The body shows typical vintage age-crazing (fine hairline cracks in the clear lacquer finish).Hardware & Rigging:Features a standard metal mouth-lip stamped with company information (C.C.B. Co. Garrett, Ind.) [CC-2]. The lip shows minor oxidation but minimal bending.Equipped with two original belly and tail treble hooks attached via vintage screweye hangers [CC-1]. The hooks exhibit some surface rust and darkening consistent with age but are fully intact.
