The Real Car

The Alfa Romeo Tipo 33/3 was Alfa Romeo's 3.0-litre V8 sports prototype of the late 1960s and early 1970s, built to contest the World Sportscar Championship against the Porsche 908 and 917 and the Ferrari 312 PB. The 33/3 took outright wins during the 1971 season, including the Brands Hatch 1000km, the Targa Florio and Watkins Glen, and laid the groundwork for Alfa's later championship-winning 33 TT 12. Solido produced this model during the car's competition era.
