Mounted in a wood frame with gold gilding and painted on canvas.

I do not see a signature.

In good condition with the exception of two scratches on the bottom half of the black coat. Some craquelure of paint on the right side but very stable.

This distinguished man is wearing a gold tie tack on his cravat.
