Needs restored some work done and a clean. First thing 2 little like nails popping up on roof and could snag a hand so those need to be hammered down. The edging is worn and corners are missing on bottom like cardboard base. It has yellowed. It is dirty. The fold down door is not secure in one corner ... it closes and opens but is a loose corner and I cant tell what has happed to let it loose. The other side has a hole and peg like system and I dont see a hole on the other side nor a peg... not sure how it attaches or if it could be repaired... I would assume it was once attached... bell works, handle works. Just dusty and dirty but a magic clean mr. Eraser would be a start... there is an old price sticker on rooftop bellntower. Says 1971... this house was a favorite back in the day... this one needs a remodle.
