Directions

Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong. Rest the gum between your gum and cheek. When the taste fades, chew again until the taste returns. Repeat this chewing routine for about 30 minutes. Do not use more than 15 pieces per day.
