Here is a beautiful example produced by the Noritake Company of Japan. The pattern, known as butterfly floral, exhibits a delicate rendition of floral sprigs with a pair of butterflies at one end all circling the rim. This pattern of bone china porcelain most likely has a full array of serving pieces and place settings but seems to be quite scarce in the marketplace. I suspect the time of production during the middle part of the 20th century based on the colors and style of the decoration.  This berry bowl measures 5 5/8” diameter and sets 1 1/4” high when lying flat. in very good to excellent condition with no damage or repairs noted. There is no staining from use. For those collecting/using this pattern, a wonderful chance to pick up an additional piece at a reasonable price. Please view all pictures as they are considered part of the description.

Please check back to my listings often as I will be posting numerous fine examples of glass, pottery and porcelain in the near future.

Thank you.
