The ADVANTEST R6144 is a precision programmable DC voltage and current generator designed for evaluation of precision circuits and parts, as well as calibration of temperature controllers and other instruments. It features high-resolution output (1 µV/100 nA steps), low noise (3 mVp-p), fast settling time (50 ms), and excellent accuracy (0.03% voltage, 0.035% current). Output capacity up to 32V/160mA with built-in 160-step memory. Standard GPIB and BCD parallel interfaces enable integration with automated test systems. Uses time-sharing D/A conversion for superior linearity and stability.
