Please examine scan(s) of the document(s) carefully to note the condition. I try to list any unusual damage issues, but do not generally note potential issues like writing, ink (or other) stains, creases, dog-ears, faded/yellowed paper, browning, staple holes, etc. A scan of the back of the document is also usually included.
