This is a really uncommon item--An EVERETT RAISIN SEEDER with a patent date of 4-9-1889 and 5-02-1893--

These have got to be scarce--I also have the original  direction sheet--before seedless grapes all grapes had seeds, when converted to raisins the seeds posed a problem, This was devised to remove the seeds from the raisins--You were instructed to pour boiling water over them to reduce the stickiness and so they did not adhere to the metal bars --Neat little item--

I found it interesting that the direction sheet suggests that these can be sold door to door and at Fairs and Flea Markets for 15 cents.
