Condition: NGC has graded this one AU Details Cleaned. However, I disagree with the grade. I don't believe it has been cleaned. The surfaces look typical for a white metal piece of this era with some handling. The open fields are darker than the fields protected by the rim and devices due to this level of handling. I considered cracking this medal out of the NGC holder, but I believe that most experienced collectors of this type of material will be able to review this piece and make the same determination. There is a large rim bruise at 6 o'clock on the obverse.
