This is vintage McCall’s Pattern 5776, for Misses’ “Easy to Sew” Dress with Slim or Full Skirt in Size 16: Bust 36, Waist 28, Hip 38, copyright 1961. Pattern is complete with all pieces and instructions; envelope is fair, with open top seam. Unusual peek-a-boo sleeves and deep-V neckline in  back!

“Dress with dart fitted bodice and slim three-gore skirt or full, gathered four-gore skirt. Short sleeves, in one with bodice back and front, sewn to underside of flat bows at neck and lower edge. Bateau neck at front, V-neck at back. Slim skirt has low back pleat, may be lined. Left side zipper closing.”
