Excellent cosmetic condition - unused grade with no scratches or dirt. Manufactured in June 2021, this is a relatively new unit. Terminal blocks show no burn marks, discoloration, or corrosion. Electrolytic capacitors show no external signs of swelling or leakage. S1/S2 shorting plugs (genuine FANUC parts) are included for proper standalone storage.

✅ Operation Check

Power-on testing was not performed due to lack of 3-phase 200-230VAC power supply. Display and basic operation could not be verified (no power applied). Measurement and operational testing not performed (no power applied). Physical inspection only - terminal blocks and capacitors show excellent visual condition. Self-test is not available on this module (diagnostic functions only available when connected to CNC main unit).
