This is a blast from the past if you live in the Ohio Miami Valley, as the town of Piqua was a leader in long underwear production for a period time quite some time ago.  This sticker was from the Great Outdoor Underwear Festival, Piqua Ohio, October 13-14 in 1990.  This sticker is a very short flock, red velvet like material with gold text and measures approx. 2" x 1 7/8".  This is a great local piece.
