ITALY STAMP COLLECTION IN A DAVO ALBUM AND MINKUS PAGES.

Up for auction is an Italy stamp collection housed in a Davo album covering the period from 1970 to 1988. The album contains approximately 780 stamps, with the vast majority in mint never hinged condition.

 A small number of stamps from the early years are mint lightly hinged. A few additional stamps may be lightly hinged that were not noticed during visual inspection. 

The Davo album and pages are in very good condition and appear near new. Also included is an additional file with mostly used stamps hinged on loose Minkus album pages, covering the period from about 1870 to 1961. This makes a nice complement to the main Davo album.

Overall, the stamps appear to be in fine to very fine condition and free of flaws. However, as is typical for older collections, minor faults may exist that were not apparent on visual inspection. The collection is free from smoke or mildew odors.
