We ship domestically and everywhere internationally covered by UPS. If you have any special shipping requests (declarations, transformed mode of figure, etc.), please don't hesitate to ask. For your protection we are required to ship to the location connected with your payment. Please do not request shipment to a different address. Every effort will be made to ship your items within 2-3 days of payment, if not sooner.
International buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties or custom processes required by their country.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a blatant mistake was made on our part. All items are thoroughly inspected, and we take no responsibility if something breaks while transforming a 40-year-old vintage toy. If you have an issue, please contact us first and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.
Our reputations in the community are stellar and of utmost importance. Please note that as sellers, we are aware that buyer scams are on the rise. Our packing process is documented with video and photos. High value packages require tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. We will and have filed cases with United States Postal Inspection Services for mail fraud, and have won chargeback cases with credit card companies. If your goal is to rip us off, move along. We don't roll over easily.
