💧 Condensate: what you need to know

This condensing heater produces mildly acidic water (condensate) during operation. To protect your pipes, we strongly recommend installing an external condensate neutralizer kit (not included) at the drain point. Never drain into copper without neutralization. Many users overlook this – we want you to have a trouble‑free installation.

Included: Water heater, mounting bracket, manual, 5ft UL power cord, installation hardware.
Required separately: 150 psi pressure relief valve, 3" metal vent pipe (type depends on local codes), condensate neutralizer (recommended).

💡 Pro tip: Gas line must be sized correctly – if over 30ft, consider upsizing to 3/4" to maintain full BTU performance.
